This notice explains how information submitted through the ABORANUSA product enquiry form is collected, used, delivered, and retained.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects the business identity and contact details you provide, country, product, intended application, required parameters, indicative quantity, destination, packaging, timing, and additional context.
How we use it
ABORANUSA uses this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, identify missing context, coordinate relevant sourcing discussions, and review whether source-specific product information can be supported.
Documents
The website form does not accept file uploads. If documents are needed after the initial review, ABORANUSA will agree an appropriate delivery method with you. Do not send confidential information unless it is necessary and the receiving route has been confirmed.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are delivered to ABORANUSA by email. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been adopted, so enquiry records remain in the business mailbox until they are manually reviewed or deleted. You may request deletion using the privacy contact below, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, dispute, or business-record purposes.
Analytics
ABORANUSA does not currently use non-essential analytics on this website. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry information by emailing ABORANUSA. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for legal, security, dispute, or business-record purposes.
